Effective 2026-10-12
Terms of Service
Terms for the invitation-only Mailchemy beta.
Updated 2026-10-12 · Version 2026-10-12
Your agreement
Mailchemy is provided by Anomys LLC-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. Contact office@anomys.com. By explicitly accepting these terms, you agree to them for your use of the service. You must have legal capacity and authority to enter this agreement and to connect each mailbox you use.
Earlier draft acceptances do not constitute acceptance of these published terms. The registration flow records this version and your explicit choice.
An early service
Access is by invitation to a verified address. Account approval, mailbox access and installer availability are separate. Features may fail, change or become unavailable. Keep access to your original mail provider and maintain copies of important unsent work. Do not rely on this beta as your only means of accessing mail or as a backup service.
There is no paid subscription in this beta. An invitation does not promise a release date, perpetual free access or a future price. Any paid offer will require separate information and agreement before charging you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, background sending, compatibility with every provider account or a support response time.
Your account and content
Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. You retain your rights in messages and other content. You authorize the processing needed to display, search, synchronize, store and transmit your content and perform your requested actions as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not authorize unrelated advertising or AI model training.
Check recipients and content before sending. Queued operations can complete later. If a send result is uncertain, check its status before retrying to avoid duplicates. Provider rules, permissions, limits and outages can affect functionality.
Acceptable use and access
Do not use Mailchemy for unlawful activity, spam, unauthorized mailbox access, interference with the service or bypassing security and access controls. Respect other people's rights and your provider's rules.
We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security incidents or operational needs, and may end the beta. Where practicable, we will explain an access restriction and provide notice of a planned shutdown. Contact support to query an access decision or request your data. Suspension is not account deletion.
Leaving and your rights
You can disconnect a mailbox or delete your Mailchemy account. Save unsent work first. Deletion does not erase provider-held messages or copies on offline devices. The deletion page explains these limits.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms do not require arbitration, choose an exclusive court or waive your statutory consumer or privacy rights.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will receive a new version, an explanation and a new explicit acceptance prompt on account entry. Background sync and app updates do not count as accepting new terms. A privacy notice acknowledgement is not blanket consent to additional processing.
