Include your account email, app version and what you were trying to do. Never send passwords, tokens or verification links. Support response times are not guaranteed during the beta.
Report a bug
Settings → Help → Report a bug prepares an editable draft. Review it and remove private information before sending. If the app is unavailable, send the same details from another email app. Reporting a bug does not grant permission to inspect unrelated mailbox content.
Availability
The browser app is available at app.mailchemy.app; mailbox features require enabled access and provider authorization. Native installers appear on the account download page when released. macOS signing is pending; native Windows release work is paused. Installing the browser app does not grant account or mailbox access.
